Robert Shoffner is the CitiBusiness Manager for the Western Division of Citibank North America. In this role, Mr. Shoffner is responsible for all aspects of small business banking in the markets California, Nevada, Illinois, Florida and Washington D.C. From June 1999 through January 2001, Mr. Shoffner was President for Citibank F.S.B., in California and Nevada. Mr. Shoffner was responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of Citibank's consumer business in the West Coast region. In addition he had responsibilities for executing Citibank's retail banking strategy in California and Nevada and for overseeing bank-sponsored community programs and events. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mr. Shoffner currently resides in Burlingame. He is active in community affairs and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and the California Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the United Negro College Fund. Mr. Shoffner has also served as Director (and past Presidents) of the Human Investment Project, the National Association of Urban Bankers, the Bay Area Small Business Development Corporation. Mr. Shoffner has a bachelor's degree in American Civilization from Brown University and a master's degree in business from Golden Gate University. |
