Amir Mashkoori, chief executive officer, applies nearly 30 years of semiconductor industry experience to his leadership role at Kovio, Inc. His background includes an in-depth understanding of how to create new businesses and drive demand for emerging products and technologies.

Mr. Kriens is Chairman of the Board of Juniper Networks Inc. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Juniper Networks since October 1996. From April 1986 to January 1996, Mr. Kriens served as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations at StrataCom, Inc., a telecommunications equipment company, which he co-founded in 1986. Mr. Kriens received a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Hayward. Mr. Kriens also serves on the board of directors of Equinix, Inc. and Verisign, Inc.

Anna G. Eshoo was first sworn in as a Member of the United States House of Representatives in 1993, after serving on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors for 10 years. For more than a decade in Congress she has defended consumers, promoted American competitiveness and innovation, fought for access to health care for families and children, and protected the environment.
